Gently slide the ear cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear and move it downwards. If it's difficult to insert, slightly widen the gap. 2. Once you've slid it to your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the gap to adjust. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect gap, you can wear and remove it as is. There is no need to readjust the gap each time you put it on or take it off.
