・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of registration. No physical tickets will be sent. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be issued.
・Orders not paid for after placement will be considered as incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, you may contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Supplementary Schools," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling times, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have already been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their session.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying guests who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to enter or participate together, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is necessary. Please contact the store in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, Xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop. This class includes self-serve complimentary black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or provide a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on Xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
