Cleaning method -----
Usually, the dust can be gently removed with a soft dust cloth.
If the dust is heavy, please gently wipe the surface dust with a slightly damp soft cloth, and then gently dry it with a soft dry cloth.
Maintenance method -----
Avoid placing it outdoors, in direct sunlight, or in humid places to prevent deformation and fading of natural solid wood materials.
Use potholders, table runners or glass when placing hot food to prevent heat or oil from damaging wooden surfaces.
Product arrival reservation time -----
After the order is completed, the shipment operation will be arranged.
For spaces without elevators above the 3rd floor (inclusive) of the delivery location, a floor service fee of 300 yuan/floor will be charged for each floor.
In case of irresistible factors such as weekends, national holidays, natural disasters, accidents, etc., the delivery time will be postponed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

(1) All products are invoiced. If you need a unified number, please check "I want to get a triple invoice" on the checkout page and fill in the "company letterhead" and "unified number". Those who do not fill in the form will issue a two-part invoice, and the invoice will not be replaced after the invoice is issued.
(2) Each solid wood product is unique due to the natural wood grain. The log is a "heterogeneous natural material", and the grain, color, and wood knots will not be exactly the same and cannot be specified. The wood grain cannot be selected.
(3) The color of the online photo and the actual product will have a color difference due to variables such as computer screens and camera performance, and the actual product shipped shall prevail.
(4) Detailed communication before purchase can save effort, money and time spent on returns and exchanges. If you have any questions, please ask us as soon as possible.
