・Reservation is required for experience activities, please make an appointment one day in advance in order to design and prepare materials and tools.
・If you are unable to participate on the day of the event due to personal factors, please be sure to send a private message three days in advance to let us know about the rescheduling.
・If the refund is due to the consumer's personal factors, a full refund can be made three days before the start of the course; a 30% handling fee will be charged within three days from the start of the course.
・If the class is suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Fun-Maker will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
・Side-shots will be taken according to demand during the experience of the event, and will be uploaded to the FB fan page after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for activity records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
