Here's the story behind them: On my last day in Siem Reap, I took a morning stroll through the nearby French Quarter and noticed a shop selling local specialties. As soon as I stepped inside, I was captivated; I couldn't take my eyes off their creations. The glazes were rich but not garish, displaying the colors of fine pigments. The ceramic finish and luster were perfectly balanced, resulting in complete works of art, each with its own aesthetic. Each bead felt like a miniature Angkor Wat, exuding exotic charm, both adorable and unique – love at first sight. The shop assistant explained patiently that these were locally produced brands and materials. Back at the guesthouse, with little hope, I asked the driver if it would be possible to visit their studio on our last day. The driver said it was just ten meters from our guesthouse! As I rang the doorbell, I saw their logo inlaid with their unique material on the wall. I was as overjoyed as a happy puppy, bouncing with excitement. I was even welcomed to experience each step of their handicraft process firsthand! At dusk on that final day, as the lingering light shimmered on the tranquil pool, I scattered the beads around for photos.
