The manufacturing process involves repeatedly grinding fine cinnabar particles into a paste, mixing with water, and collecting the upper "turbid liquid" after settling. This is then left to settle again (the water-milling purification process), and the bottom cinnabar mud is air-dried before being pressed using ancient methods. Even upon cross-section, fine, uniform mineral flecks can be seen internally. **「Imperial Sand」** **A more brilliant, true red color with higher hardness.** The manufacturing process involves multiple stages of purification from natural cinnabar ore, including **crushing/grinding/magnetic separation/water-milling/high polishing**, followed by ancient pressing methods. Imperial sand has almost no surface mineral flecks, but they are present internally.
