All graphics and text on each card must be identical. If content varies, it will be considered a different version and charged separately. ★ The initial layout design is complimentary. Minor adjustments (background color, text) are free of charge. More significant revisions will incur a layout modification fee based on complexity. ★ Three revisions are provided. Organizing your requests and providing clear instructions will save proofreading time and revision rounds. Exceeding the revision limit will incur a fee of NT$50 per revision. Please communicate reasonably with our design team. Feel free to inquire via chat if you have any questions. ⭐️ Remarks ★ We recommend confirming your desired quantity of thank you cards and adding a buffer before placing your order. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental consciousness. ★ If products are damaged during transit due to the logistics provider, please photograph the damage immediately and send it to us. After verifying the cause, we will arrange for returns or exchanges as appropriate. Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors and print colors have different color gamuts, resulting in distinct appearances. ★ Screen colors are RGB → Displayed on a luminous screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → Ink cannot reproduce certain extremely bright colors. Printed products will appear slightly less saturated than screen colors, so a color difference between the product and the on-screen design is normal. Color differences in printed output cannot be standardized based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and the climate humidity on the printing day can all affect color reproduction. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If items are not picked up, fees may be recovered in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving the goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or bear any fees or consideration. The proviso to the same paragraph stipulates that there are reasonable exceptions for distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standard for Determining Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, which came into effect on January 1, 2016. Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the standard clearly states that "customized deliverables requested by the consumer" can be excluded from the right to cancel the contract within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period.
