Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered flaws. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transport, or crafting are also considered normal unless the leather is damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
