● Select a style → The artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding participants through the enjoyment of traditional craftsmanship. The course includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and icons (specific styles may not be available for engraving).
How to measure for a gift?
● Measurement method: Take a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) and wrap it snugly around the wrist where you intend to wear the item. Then, straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters. Compare this measurement with our size chart.
● Inform the store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the size at the store after the product is made.

★ 999 sterling silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn while bathing. The oxidation rate varies depending on individual body chemistry (acidity/alkalinity) under normal wear. Oxidized silver can be restored to its original silver-white luster with toothpaste/silver polish/polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

**Classes are available for one person and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, if you wish to reschedule or cancel after confirming your registration for a teaching class, please notify us at least three days prior to the class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may transfer the value to other merchandise or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are accepted (based on available materials in stock).
Upgrades to more expensive styles are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available classroom space if you plan to bring accompanying guests.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure the rights of all participants.
● During the class, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If the finished product has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home on the same day.

★ During the class, please adhere to the artisan's instructions for safe equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after being advised will be at your own responsibility.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, classes will be suspended in accordance with government regulations for your safety, and a new date will be arranged.
