We recommend opting for express courier delivery. If shipping damage occurs, please notify the designer immediately via private message, and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. * This is a custom flower gift and can be shipped within 3 days after payment. | Care Instructions | * Preserved/Everlasting flowers typically last 1-3 years, depending on preservation conditions. They will fade and wilt over time. * Avoid high temperatures, humidity, direct sunlight, or strong lighting to prolong their lifespan and maintain their appearance. * Dust can be gently removed with a weak cool air setting or a soft brush. * No watering is needed.
