Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique natural markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not flaws. Minor pressure marks or scratches may also occur during processing, transportation, and production. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major damage. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to these. While not as flawless as machine-made products, the finished item possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually creating a one-of-a-kind look. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations can occur between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying dye absorption. Colors may also differ between consecutive orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No inspection period. No returns or exchanges) This item is a [Custom Order]. Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," at the time of ordering. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the designer select the stitching color and leave the "embossing text" blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have an inspection period and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
