Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe away foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes, while slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit, and slight bumps or indentations are unavoidable. Packaging materials are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and pattern depending on the area of the skin and season (unlike artificial leather, they cannot achieve uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings; the actual product is the final reference for color. Handmade measurements may have an international standard allowable error of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in new, unworn condition with their original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 2. Orders with "gift with purchase" or "free shipping" promotions cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return part of such an order, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns about received items or missing parts, a complete unboxing video is required to ensure the rights of both parties and facilitate smooth processing of returns, exchanges, or re-shipments. 4.
