1. After placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" from the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your chosen text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your reservation is complete only after a staff member from the experience location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after ordering and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
