▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving content.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience event location contacts you to confirm your chosen date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials will be prepared after your order and payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
