Custom Text Guidelines and Suggestions for the Japan Map】 ➤ English/Japanese Font & Layout Design for the Japan Map are as shown in the image below: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0370/3545/files/feature_umade-umap-japan-personalized-information-title.jpg?v=1626068994 Please note your desired capitalized English/Japanese name when ordering. Please ensure you provide the **'complete customization content'**. For example, if you wish to customize "JERRY'S JAPAN MAP," please ensure you fill in the entire text: "JERRY'S JAPAN MAP" in the form. Do **not** just fill in 'JERRY'. Orders with complete information will be prioritized. Incomplete orders will require further confirmation, which may delay shipping. **Please double-check your entered content for accuracy before submitting, as we will print exactly as you provide. Once production begins, modifications or returns will not be possible.** Other Notes: *Font and placement are fixed designs and will not be provided as image files for confirmation or design adjustments. *Please do not request design modifications in the notes without prior communication with customer service. To ensure timely delivery, any modifications not mutually agreed upon will be produced according to the original design without further notice. ► Detailed Description: ✔︎ Custom text can be in capitalized English letters or Japanese (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji are all acceptable). ✔︎ Character Limit: For the Solid Wood Frame Japan Map Poster, it is **within 20 English letters or 10 Japanese characters** (English characters include the words 'JAPAN MAP' and punctuation; spaces are not counted. As the left and right sides of the Japan map are narrow, concise text is recommended for the best aesthetic). You can choose to customize your name + 'JAPAN MAP' (YOUR NAME'S JAPAN MAP), or any text and sentence you wish to customize. *The small subtitle on the second line is originally designed as 'YOUR JOURNEY, YOUR JAPAN MAP.' If you wish to change this subtitle, please enter your desired text in the 'Notes' section of the shopping cart page during checkout. ✔︎ **The airplane symbol above the main title is a fixed design.** If you do not want the airplane symbol, please specify this in the 'Notes' section of the shopping cart page when ordering. ► Additional Information: ✔︎ For joint customization by two people, we suggest using '&' instead of 'AND' for a more concise and aesthetically pleasing look. For example: 'JERRY & IVY'S JAPAN MAP'. ✔︎ If an English name ends with 'S', according to correct English grammar, you do not need to add an apostrophe 'S'; a single apostrophe is sufficient. For example: 'IRIS' JAPAN MAP'. ✔︎ You can add the following symbols: , comma / . period / _ underscore / - hyphen / ' apostrophe / : colon / ; semicolon / & ampersand / ... ellipsis / ‘ ’single quotes / “ ”double quotes / * asterisk / ❤︎ heart (white solid) / ~ tilde / ? question mark / ! exclamation mark / % percent sign / $ dollar sign / £ pound sign / ( ) parentheses / [ ] square brackets *Please note: To accommodate frequent typos and expedite the customization process, we will automatically adjust the following situations without further confirmation. If you have specific requirements, please note them in the shopping cart's remark section: 1. If there are no spaces between your custom text and symbols, e.g., 'JERRY&IVY'S JAPAN MAP', we will automatically adjust it to: 'JERRY & IVY'S JAPAN MAP'. If you specifically do not want spaces, please indicate this in the shopping cart remarks, e.g., JERRY&IVY no spaces in between. 2. If punctuation marks are clearly incorrect, e.g., 'JERRYˋS JAPAN MAP' or 'JERRY”S JAPAN MAP', we will directly adjust it to 'JERRY'S JAPAN MAP'. If you specifically want different punctuation marks, please note this in the shopping cart remarks. 【Custom Order Production Time】 ➤➤ Please note that as our products are custom-made one by one, it takes approximately 5-10 business days (excluding holidays) after order/payment confirmation to complete. Please be mindful of this if you have any special time requirements! Here's a brief explanation of why this working time is necessary: For example, in the production of a world map, the entire process involves the collaboration of 7-10 professional staff. From initial information confirmation, file adjustment, draft modification, proofreading, color correction, printing, to sewing and other finishing touches, we undertake approximately 12 procedures to ensure the quality of your custom product. This requires the cooperation of multiple professionals and adequate time to complete, as well as the focus of each production member to guarantee the quality of the custom order. As a brand that encourages creativity and pursues high-quality products, we respect that our staff should have reasonable working hours to complete their tasks, ultimately aiming to deliver the best possible design to you, rather than rushing to finish. Therefore, we sincerely ask for your understanding regarding the customization time and encourage you to place your order in advance if you have specific needs. We hold gratitude in our hearts for every consumer and sincerely thank you for liking our products and giving us the opportunity to serve you. We will continue to refine our operational processes to provide more excellent products and higher quality, faster service in the future. Thank you all for giving us the opportunity to learn and grow. 【Gift Wrapping】 Gift box packaging is not included with this item (orders are shipped with a basic poster tube/cardboard box packaging). If you require gift wrapping / a high-quality kraft paper box / a hot-stamped gift card, you can purchase them here: https://www.pinkoi.com/product/R4fXFaJF 📣 In response to environmental protection and packaging reduction policies, if you purchase 2 or more (including 2) solid wood frame posters, each poster tube will contain 2 posters. Due to lighting conditions during the photoshoot, the colors in the images may vary slightly. The actual product color and lettering should be based on the white background (cut-out) image. 2. This item is a 'customized product' (meaning it features your personalized custom message). Therefore, except for defective items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 3. UMap map posters use high-weight paper printed with fine art giclée. They feature high resolution and delicate, exquisite colors. The posters are tear-resistant, water-repellent, dust-proof, stain-resistant, and fade-resistant. 4. Please note that each map poster is hand-cut and customized, not mass-produced by machines. There may be a difference of 0.5-1cm in edge length, which is not considered a defect. 5. The metal box for holding the landmark magnets is primarily for protecting the 'landmark magnet pins' during shipping. Therefore, the exterior of the metal box may show minor dents or collisions due to external forces during transit. This is a normal phenomenon and not a defect. 6. In response to Pinkoi's system limitations on international shipping fees and currency conversion differences, Umade reserves the final right to decide on shipments to international addresses. 【Origin / Manufacturing Method】 Taiwan / 100% original and exclusive creative work, individually crafted for you.
