Once worn and scrubbed, they may not return to their original condition and may show cleaning marks. Clean gently with diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off the foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creases during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may have variations in texture and color across different areas of the skin or depending on the season (unlike synthetic leather, which has consistent color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. The actual product color is the final reference. Manual measurements may have an international standard allowable error and a normal difference of 1-3 cm, which is unavoidable. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) must not be counterfeited. 【Return/Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 2.
