Unlike synthetic or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal within the acceptable range, as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own unique patina, deepening in color and developing a sheen, gradually showcasing a personalized look. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, color differences can occur between different batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the texture and dye absorption can differ across various areas. Colors may also vary between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made-to-order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "engraving text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and proceeding with "blank engraving" for the text. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-engraved).
