It retains the unique natural markings and characteristics from the animal's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. Minor impressions, scratches, or abrasions acquired during processing, transport, and crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged.
