1. For the sake of the quality of flower gifts, we recommend home delivery, as goods are prone to being dropped in convenience stores, which can easily cause flower gifts to be damaged.
2. The goods are fixed with wire and paper clay during packaging. If they are damaged during transportation, you can chat with us or contact the official line to discuss subsequent repairs and remedies. Depending on the degree of damage to the flowers, some fees will be charged.

3. Dried flowers are very brittle and it is normal for some of them to fall off during transportation. Perfectionists please do not place an order.

5. All products are photographed in real life, and some slight color difference is completely normal.
