>If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of all fees incurred for the course will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials two days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within two days from the day before the event.
>If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy the ticket again.
>Only those who are over 12 years old can sign up for this event.
>Participation is limited to those who have purchased a ticket. Those who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to accompany the entry and participate together.
>If the number of applicants for the event does not reach 4 three days before the start date of the event, Hua Shi Handmade has the right to cancel the event and notify you of a full refund.
>Entrance is open 10 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund.
>Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers. If there is any violation and damage is caused, they should be responsible for it.
>If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Huashi Handmade will take the initiative to contact for an extension or refund.
> If the participation in the activity is suspended due to personal factors of the students, no refund will be made.
>If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Huashi Handicraft will contact you for a refund.
In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
> The experience activities will be taken by the organizer according to the needs, and uploaded to the community of Huashi Handicrafts and venue stores after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other enrollment channels Publicity and other purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
