・This section pertains to the purchase of a craft workshop.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and arrange the venue in advance, refunds and postponements are not accepted on the "day of the class." Failure to attend the session will be considered forfeiture.
・In the event of force majeure (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or official government-mandated work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. The affected class will be rescheduled, transferred, or fully refunded.
・To ensure a comfortable experience for all participants, arriving "15 minutes past the scheduled start time" will be considered forfeiture, with no refund or rescheduling options.
・To respect other participants' time, please arrive promptly for your class.
・A pre-class notice will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing notifications. If you do not receive the notice, it may be due to email filtering; please proceed to the venue directly as we will not provide additional phone notifications.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to attend the class. Companions who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to enter or participate, to maintain a positive environment for all attendees.
・If the minimum participant number of 6 is not met three days prior to the scheduled session, Chuan Chuan Handmade reserves the right to cancel the class and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・To ensure a smooth session, please refrain from eating during the workshop.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the workshop, the organizer may conduct photography and videography as needed. These will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade's social media channels after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event recaps, promotional materials, or other recruitment channels.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor during the class, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
