**❙ Cancellation method**
・If the number of applicants for the session does not reach 3 three days before the experience, JUNO CANDLE has the right to cancel the experience and notify you to change the session or get a full refund.
・If you cancel the experience 10 days before the experience, the experience fee will be refunded in full.
・If you cancel the experience 7 days before the experience, 50% of the experience fee will be refunded.
・If you cancel the experience within 6 days before the experience, 30% of the experience fee will be refunded.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy the ticket again. No refund or exchange will be accepted 10 days before the experience.
**❙ Experience Notes**
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased a ticket. Those who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to accompany and participate in the venue.
・All experiences can be transferred, please inform JUNO CANDLE in advance.
・Admission is open 15 minutes before the experience. If you are late for more than 20 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, nor will you be refunded.
・Related expenses shall be compensated for any damage to items at the experience venue.
・In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters and epidemics, JUNO CANDLE will take the initiative to contact you to reschedule or get a full refund.
・During the experience, we will take pictures according to the needs, including portrait photos, videos, etc., and post them on JUNO CANDLE related social media after the experience, for business records, enrollment, publicity and other purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, please inform the relevant personnel at the experience site.
