"Doi Sam Muen Coffee" Pushing the Frontier of Thai Specialty Coffee
Annie Coffee Roaster has collaborated with Watthanayothin family, the processors at Doi Sam Muen, Chiang Mai, whom we have worked with since 2017. At Doi Sam Muen, we also source coffee cherries from over 100 families to be processed at Watthanayothin wet mill, together with our quality control team with the goal to bring the coffee quality up to international specialty standards.
After your first sip, you will notice its distinctive body and light acidity with a floral aroma. Moreover, it will remind you of tropical fruits with lingering sweetness that is not typical for Thai coffee. This is a truly special coffee that will highlight the potential of Thai coffee.
Also, Annie Coffee Roaster and Watthanayothin family has collaborated with Mauricio Moreno, the new generation coffee lover. Mauricio is from Colombia the place that well - knowed coffee developed. He used to work with coffee farmers in the Antioquia Region. The ambition to bring the knowledge from Colombia to make something special in Thailand.
