Therefore, please ensure all details are finalized. Any requests for customization must be communicated at the very beginning. ◌ For full body commissions, please provide photos of your pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural lighting without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during the creation process. ◌ If sufficient photos are not available, consider a half-body portrait framed. Only a front-facing photo would be needed for this option. If you still prefer a full body piece, please message us to discuss; we have various solutions for different situations. ◌ During the creation process, we may encounter unclear details and will need to consult with you. Please ensure you remain accessible for communication. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished piece from all angles for your confirmation. Any adjustments to patterns or small details can be made. However, we cannot make corrections to the fur or eye color, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions compared to the reference images. ◌ Free repairs are limited to 5 instances. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once you confirm satisfaction, the item will be carefully packed and shipped. The creation process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity. Minor variations in color and size are inherent in handmade items. If you are seeking absolute perfection, please refrain from ordering.
