Thank you sincerely. 🔔 About Color Difference Screen colors and printed colors differ due to variations in color gamuts, resulting in distinct appearances. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on illuminated screens, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → inks cannot reproduce certain exceptionally bright colors, so the final printed product will appear slightly less saturated than screen colors. Therefore, a color difference between the product and the on-screen artwork is normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be standardized against a customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and the humidity on the day of printing can all influence the color performance of the product. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before placing an order. 🔔 Customized products are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period. If uncollected, fees may be reclaimed according to the "Consumer Protection Act." According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services, without needing to provide reasons or incur any fees or considerations. The proviso of the same paragraph states that reasonable exceptions exist for distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these regulations clearly states that "customized services provided according to consumer requests" are exempt from the seven-day right of contract cancellation stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
