If you are unable to attend the scheduled class for any reason, please notify us as early as possible. We can reserve your spot for a future session once, free of charge, subject to the studio's existing schedule. This credit is valid for three months from the original class date and must be redeemed within that period.
If you request a refund more than one month before the class date, 80% of the payment will be returned. Refunds cannot be processed if requested within 14 days of the class date.
If the class is cancelled by the organizer, a full, unconditional refund will be issued.
