・For registrations made the day before or on the day of the event, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-event notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Supplementary Education Institutions," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the commencement date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the commencement date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the commencement date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the workshop, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited.
* To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or provide a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring participants may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
