2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon purchase.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate contacts you, and your chosen date and time slot are verified.
4. Due to material preparation, please book at least 3 days in advance after payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a unified invoice receipt. If you require a corporate invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In the event of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
