▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved customization, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon checkout.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. As course materials are prepared upon order, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 offers official invoice receipts. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID Number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
