This is a design with the center hollowed out of the 2013 Mexican 2 PESO circulation coin. By processing the coin into a raised shape like a concho, it has become a pendant top with a more three-dimensional feel. I made leather beads using scraps of leather and put them to good use as decoration for the ends of the neck straps.
