For custom orders (excluding ready-to-ship items), please "reserve your pickup date in advance" and confirm your order one week before the pickup date. 2. All floral gifts are handmade, and preserved flowers are treated real flowers. Each finished product is unique and cannot be exactly identical. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist! (If flower materials are out of stock or the flower condition is not ideal, the designer will replace them with similar, suitable flower materials.) 3. Preserved flowers and dried flowers are made from natural materials. It is normal for some small fragments to fall off during handling and shipping. ♡ Preserved Flower Gift Care!! 1. Keep in a well-ventilated, dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight and humid spaces. 2. If preserved flowers appear transparent, it indicates the environment is too humid. The recommended humidity level is 50-60%. 3. With proper care, these gifts can last for 1-3 years or even longer! 4.
