✧ To ensure the quality of our one-day experience courses, cutting and grinding are not included in the course content, effective immediately.

✧ Once contact is made, we will confirm the glass colors with you on the same day. There are 145 colors of glass to choose from. You can select colors for your design after placing your order. Please pay close attention to messages to avoid missing important information.
✧ When selecting glass colors for your creation, the number of glass pieces varies for each course style. If you wish to use more than the allotted colors, additional glass material can be purchased at a rate of $480 TWD per 10x10cm piece, payable on-site.
✧ Each piece is a handmade creation from an experience course, making the colors and patterns unique. The intensity of light will also affect the depth of color, so there may be slight variations between the photos and the actual product. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handmade and may have slight imperfections; please proceed with your booking if you find this acceptable.
✧ Pendant accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on-site.

【Product Care】
✧ The solder surface will naturally oxidize over time with exposure to air. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care.
✧ For advanced care, a thin layer of furniture wax (soft wax) can be applied to the surface, left to dry, and then buffed to a shine with a dry cotton cloth.

*Pre-Course Information*
1. If the course exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of $300 TWD per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1 hour over.
2. For safety reasons during the class, accompanying guests are not permitted.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the course involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If participants do not follow the instructor's guidance during the course and cause damage to equipment or the environment, they will be responsible for compensating the original price of the damaged item.
*Course Booking Information*
1. If the reserved time slot needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes, HAKUDAN official will notify you, and you will be allowed to reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange for a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completion of your course reservation, course materials will be prepared immediately, and therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your chosen course date, you may "reschedule for free once (valid for up to three months from the original course date)".
3. If you do not complete your rescheduled booking within three months, or if you are unable to attend after rescheduling once for free, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and you will need to place a new order.
