Wave was born from the same idea. Where your pet’s mouth meets the bowl, we lowered the rim. Your pet can reach all the way inside without bending its neck as deeply. That change in height flows naturally across the whole surface, becoming smooth curves like ripples spreading across water. These waves are not decoration. They are what appeared when we followed the shape of easy eating. We chose white because it shows the light and shadow of the curves most beautifully. When your pet is not eating, it rests in your living room as a sculptural object. LAY PETS began by designing wooden pet furniture. Working with clay lets us create smooth, flowing curves that wood could never achieve. Each piece is shaped by hand, so no two are ever alike.
