Need to measure for a gift?
● How to Measure: Use a piece of thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the wrist where the item will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler. Refer to the size chart to determine the correct size.
● You can also inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the size at the store after the item is made.

**Minimum of one person to start a class; all sessions are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any rescheduling or cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be made at least three days prior to the class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The fee can be transferred to purchase other products or classes.
● Samples are available in-store for trying on. Exchanges for designs of the same price are possible (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced items are also possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring accompanying guests, please inquire about available space in the classroom beforehand.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for sample try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly based on design complexity. Items can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the artisan regarding equipment use.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip as needed for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, classes will be postponed for safety reasons, in accordance with government announcements. A new class date will be arranged.
