Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergic reactions after wearing them? A: If allergic reactions occur after wearing, the most common reasons are: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and it's rarely solely due to the ear post material. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital (at your own expense) to clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Can they be converted later? What is the cost? A: Yes, they can be converted 😊 We offer basic after-sales service. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs using acrylic. All our pieces are handmade. To adapt to Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting, providing basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Crafting & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping, as we attend markets) We operate through market events and the post office does not deliver on weekends, so all shipments are made between Monday and Friday.
