**| Important Notices |** ・Please avoid eating or smoking on the day of the class (as odors can affect your sense of smell). ・The class involves significant exposure to and inhalation of scents and essential oils. It is not recommended for individuals with serious health conditions or those who are pregnant. ・After paying the tuition, please contact us to schedule your class date. (If you need to change your class date, please notify us 5 days before the event. Changes are limited to one time.) ・Refund requests may be made up to seven days before the course start date. Refunds will be processed after deducting the costs of purchased teaching materials and handling fees. Please take note. ・No refunds will be granted for any reason once the course has commenced. However, students may photograph their own work. ・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause discomfort or constitute harassment to other students. ・Accessories and container styles used in the course may change periodically. ・No invoices are issued for this course. **| Online Courses |** ・If you choose an online video session, we will send you the meeting link upon successful registration before the class begins. ・Please download the required software before the class starts and ensure a stable internet connection. ・The content of our online video sessions is the same as in-person classes. We will mail a material kit to you before the course starts. ・Please log in on time for your scheduled session. Feel free to ask any questions throughout the class; the instructor will provide answers. Enjoy learning safely without needing physical contact! **| Receiving Your Material Kit |** ・Home delivery or convenience store pickup: Kits will be sent to the delivery address provided in your registration form or your default Pinkoi account address. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. ・The preparation time for material kits is approximately 7 days. Due to current uncertainties related to the pandemic, arrival times are subject to actual logistics arrangements. ・Course fees include shipping for the material kit. Some tools may need to be provided by the student.
