Kuo Yuan Ye inherits the traditional Taiwanese spirit of thoughtful gifting while embracing the contemporary. We have meticulously crafted a new form of pastry and cookie assortment, blending classic tastes with innovative flavors, preserving aesthetic joy worthy of every diverse soul. Intentions are heartfelt, and dedication is dutiful; this is our most beautiful tribute, offered with a double heart. This is Kuo Yuan Ye's 155th anniversary commemorative gift box. It breaks away from the standard model with fixed contents, offering a customizable selection to better suit different needs, gift recipients, or dietary preferences. The base box is made from recycled paper pulp, adding a touch of meaning for the environment and sustainability. We've invited internationally acclaimed Taiwanese contemporary graphic designer, Aaron Nieh, to lead the design. He has won numerous awards in major domestic and international design competitions and served as a judge for prestigious awards like Germany's Red Dot, Japan's Good Design Award, and Taiwan's Golden Pin Design Award and Young Pin Design Award. He introduced the product concept of "Heartfelt gestures, unbound by rules," shattering traditional constraints to empower everyone to express their feelings in their own way. This allows individuals, even men, to present a thoughtful gift to friends or mentors. The highly artistic packaging is complemented by a avant-garde, iridescent tote bag, creating a subtly eye-catching yet substantial gift box. This series features 15 brand-new, exclusive individual items, handmade with select ingredients such as fika fika coffee powder, Japanese brown sugar, Taiwanese Wenshan Baozhong tea, Japanese yuzu, trehalose, and French thermal spring salt, offering a unique and precious experience. Additionally, the 12-liǎng Jingzhuan Yulu and Zhihe Xiangdan have been adjusted to a smaller size of approximately 60g, transforming them into personal-sized Jingzhuan Yulu crisps and Zhihe Xiangdan crisps. The 12-liǎng pineapple and coconut egg pastry, which is ovo-lacto vegetarian, has also been resized and its crust reimagined with handmade pastry dough, better aligning with modern consumer preferences.
