After payment, production and shipping will take 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). *Black rhodium plating requires a longer waiting period due to its specialized color. If you need it for a gift urgently, please consider other color options. {After-Sales Service} PIGGY LAB offers a one-year warranty for all products. Items damaged due to non-human factors within the warranty period can be repaired free of charge. Complimentary cleaning services are also available within the warranty period (scratches cannot be addressed). For a full restoration of silver jewelry (including scratch repair and re-plating), a preferential rate of $200-$400 applies within the warranty period, quoted based on the jewelry's size and severity of damage. Post-warranty refurbishment starts at $450, with potential adjustments based on the item's condition. Chain components are machine-made finished products and cannot be repaired; please exercise caution during wear. Shipping costs for all care and repair services are borne by the 'buyer'. {Important Notes} *Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, so slight variations are to be expected. *To protect the rights of both parties, we photograph finished items before shipping as a record. Returns or exchanges based on personal preference or other individual reasons cannot be accepted.
