● Please message us first to inquire about class availability or if a session is full.
● An additional NT.150 per half-hour will be charged for exceeding the scheduled course time.
● Small class sizes; a minimum purchase of one painting board per person is required. "Accompanying guests and shared painting are not permitted."
● If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please provide notice at least three days in advance, and this can be done once. Cancellations made within three days of the course will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
● Cancellations on the day of the class, or arriving more than 30 minutes late due to personal reasons on the day, will be considered a forfeiture of the course, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
● In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring official work and school suspension, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund in accordance with regulations.
