1. To ensure the rights and experience of all students, 'companions are not permitted' and 'pets are prohibited'. Please arrive punctually before the class begins. Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered absent, with no refund or rescheduling options. The floral materials for the missed class can be collected the following day.
2. In the event of typhoons, pandemics, natural disasters, etc., classes will be suspended in accordance with announcements from the Taipei/New Taipei City governments, and a new date will be scheduled.
3. Video recording during instruction is not permitted.
