✜Please contact our store staff and make an appointment before placing an order. Our store needs to arrange instructors and staff to be on hand to assist in the activity. ✜ A class of 2 people is required. If there are not enough people in the workshop, the store will contact the customer 2 days in advance to cancel the order. ✜ Conducted in our studio: Room 02, 13/F, Taili Industrial Centre, 32 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong ✜ No refund will be given for late arrivals or no-shows ✜ The estimated time is only enough to produce one neon light work. If it exceeds 1 hour, overtime fees will be charged ✜ If you need more materials, such as light strips, base plates, battery boxes, etc., additional charges will apply ✜ If the light strip and other materials are damaged during the production of the light sign, our store can provide free replacement ✜ If the Observatory forecasts or issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above/"Extreme Conditions"/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, our store will not be open and customers who have signed up for the workshop will be arranged for a one-time extension, valid for 2 months.
