After losing moisture, the plants shrink and curl, resulting in a harder, brittle, and fragile texture. **Preserved Flowers** ➡️ Also known as immortal flowers, these are made using real flowers. Through special techniques, the characteristics of fresh flowers are preserved, maintaining the color, shape, and texture of real flowers. The biggest difference from dried flowers is that preserved flowers retain a "supple feel." Because the production process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, the unit price is relatively higher. **Both preserved and dried flowers are real flowers!** **Precautions:** ⛔ We do not accept urgent rush orders. If you need it urgently, please private message us or choose local pick-up. ⚠️ Handmade items cannot be returned or exchanged once sold. ⚠️ Colors may vary slightly depending on different digital displays; the actual product shall prevail. ⚠️ It is normal for light-colored flowers to be dyed by darker-colored ones; please only place an order if you are comfortable with this. ⚠️ Do not water. The floral materials are delicate; avoid collisions. ⚠️ Avoid placing in direct sunlight or under intense lighting to prevent color fading. ⚠️ Dried flowers are naturally dried; shedding is a normal phenomenon. ⚠️ If dusty, use a soft brush to gently clean, or use a hair dryer on a low, cool setting from a distance. ⚠️ We recommend using a dehumidifier or air conditioner weekly to prevent the flowers from becoming damp or moldy. **Shipping Notes** ❗️❗️ Due to packaging limitations, convenience store pick-up is limited to **1 item per order. Please place a separate order for more than one item.** ❗️❗️ Minor shedding during shipping is a normal phenomenon. ❗️❗️ As shipping times cannot be controlled, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. ❗️❗️ The date shown in the system is an estimated arrival date, not the actual arrival date. ❗️❗️ If you need the product urgently or cannot accept any floral shedding, we recommend choosing self-pick-up (Location: Luzhou District, New Taipei City). **❗️❗️ Convenience store shipping carries a higher risk of damage. While we protect items during shipment, if you have high requirements, we recommend choosing courier delivery or self-pick-up. If damage occurs during convenience store shipping and requires repair, a fee will be charged!**
