Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they do not cause allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and the earring post material is not always the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital at your own expense to identify the specific cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began making accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customers have reported allergic reactions to date. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic does not currently allow for such intricate craftsmanship. All our items are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for daily wear (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take to ship? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No Shipping - Market Booth Operation) As we operate through market events and postal services do not deliver on weekends, we ship all orders between Monday and Friday.
