Please be especially careful of color transfer, especially when you first start using it. Avoid contact with white clothing initially. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Natural scars and vein marks are left on both sides as they are. Because it is natural leather intentionally crafted to preserve its raw character, each piece has a unique expression and is truly one-of-a-kind. ◾️ Color Variation Leather finished only with dyes is difficult to color-adjust, so variations in shade inevitably occur. This provides the authentic, natural leather atmosphere unique to dye finishing. ◾️ Texture and Grain Variation "Shibo" refers to the natural wrinkle patterns. Within a single sheet, some areas have more pronounced wrinkles than others. These variations are the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Proof of Italian Leather: Size Stamps The numbers on the back are proof of Italian leather, indicating the size of the original hide. These atmospheric stamps are often on high-quality sections, so we use them as is. They may rarely appear in the product. ◾️ Water Stains Natural leather absorbs water, which can cause stains. If it gets wet, wiping it off quickly will help prevent spotting. Applying Renapur Leather Treatment can provide a water-repellent effect. ◾️ "Tiger" Stripes (Tra) These are natural streak-like patterns or wrinkles from movement areas. This is a special characteristic of natural leather and is not a defect. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining General leather products often use linings that can become sticky or deteriorate over time. To ensure maximum longevity, we do not use linings and instead rely on the thickness and strength of the solid leather itself. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN develops a glossier and deeper patina over time with oil maintenance. Apply oil every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Renapur for its conditioning and protective properties. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
