Collection Introduction Inspired by a love for medieval clothing, this collection draws from the fantasy and romance of white puffy sleeves, merging them with everyday tableware to bring luxurious sleeves into a life filled with ritual. ⸻ About the Ware • Each piece is handmade, making it unique due to variations in clay, glaze, firing temperature, and firing methods. • Minor deformation around the rim may occur during firing due to numerous variables; this is a normal phenomenon. • Glazes are applied by hand, resulting in uneven thickness that creates distinctive effects for each piece. • Small pinholes, air bubbles, or particles occasionally appearing on the glaze surface are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges for these reasons cannot be accommodated. • If the glaze features a crackle effect, fine cracks will form. Staining may occur when serving foods with darker colors; this is also a characteristic of the glaze's expression. ⸻ About Fine Cracks • Also known as "glaze cracks" or "ice cracks," these occur because the ceramic body and glaze have different shrinkage rates. The cracks exist only in the glaze layer; the body itself is flawless. • Some cracks may appear within a week of removal from the kiln, while others might only manifest over years.
