I. In order to preserve the teaching quality and class rights of other guests and teachers, please arrive at the site on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for class, you will not be able to enter and will not be refunded!
II. There are many on-site teaching tools, so eating and drinking is prohibited in the classroom.

- Cancellation method:
1. If the cancellation is notified 30 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded after deducting the refund handling fee.
2. If a cancellation is notified 30 days to 15 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), 50% of the paid amount after deducting the payment processing fee will be refunded.
3. No cancellations will be accepted from 15 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given.
4. It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, you can transfer your place. However, please be sure to provide the agent with the name and contact information of the participant.
5. If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Wuxin will proactively contact us for an extension or refund.
- How to change the date:
1. The date can be changed within 30 days to 15 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
2. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated.
3. No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
4. Date changes are not accepted between 15 days before the departure date and the same day.
5. It is recommended that you can transfer your place if you need to reschedule within 15 days before the departure date. However, please be sure to provide the agent with the name and contact information of the participant.
