The Taiwanese name for cypress is Songluo or Songwu. In the early days of Taiwan, cypress barrels were commonly used to brew vinegar, soy sauce or pickled products.
We use 100% selected rice grown in Taiwan, without adding any artificial additives.
It is made from rice wine dregs produced in Taiwan. After extraction, it is fermented in Taiwanese cypress barrels for a long time.

Recommended usage
1. Add appropriate amount of pineapple vinegar and honey and drink with warm water
2. Add appropriate amount of pineapple vinegar, honey and sparkling water and drink directly
3. Add a little pine vinegar to ginger tea and drink it
4. Homemade sushi vinegar (1 pine vinegar: 1 sugar: 0.4 salt)
