**【Important Notices】** *For beginners, designs with simple lines or color blocks are recommended for easier execution and to avoid exceeding the time limit. *Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. Each course is for individual operation (children aged 10-14 require a parent to accompany and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation). *To ensure the rights of other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class begins. You will need to reschedule your appointment (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). *After placing an order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio Provide the registrant's full name and class date, and upload your design for review. Design confirmation is required at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, please complete the design submission by the day before the class to ensure sufficient course time. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Please do not bring guests. Pets and young children must be notified in advance. Entry to the classroom is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the unfinished piece home. The fee for extending the session or rescheduling is $300 per hour (any part of an hour is counted as a full hour). *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have a meal before attending. It is also advisable not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. *Food is not allowed in the classroom, but beverages are permitted. *The course may be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and footage that may include your likeness and work. *The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in the area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. 【Disclaimer】 *The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Therefore, students must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. *If equipment malfunctions or behaves abnormally, stop operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by unauthorized operation will require compensation at the full price. *By registering, you agree to the above terms and regulations.
