**【Important Notes】** * Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years of age or older. The course is for individual operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 require a parent or guardian to accompany and assist throughout the session. Please inform us in advance; no additional fee will be charged for co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late as it may affect the class start time. Entry will be closed 10 minutes after the class begins. Rescheduling is required (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). * After placing an order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio Provide the registrant's full name/class date, and send your design for review. Designs must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, please send your design file by 3 PM the day before the class, with review completed by 5 PM, for the instructor to assist with drawing and ensure the class duration is not affected. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring companions, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may choose to: 1. Extend time, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the semi-finished product home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour). * As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight appointments afterward. * Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio. You may bring beverages and small snacks. Snacks are also provided in the studio to help participants maintain energy. * Class sessions may be filmed for brand website marketing materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness, recordings, and images of your work. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces work or school closures in your area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4.
