Important Notes: ・This listing is for a crafting workshop. ・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least 3 days in advance to arrange a new session time. ・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within the next 2 months. If you cannot find a suitable time, you may request a refund. ・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted on the day of the class. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot. ・In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or government-mandated class cancellations, we will proactively notify all participants to arrange for rescheduling, class transfer, or a full refund. ・To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot, with no refund or rescheduling options. ・Please arrive on time for the class to respect the experience of other participants. ・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are correct to avoid missing this notification. If you do not receive the course notice, it may be due to spam filters; you can attend directly as we will not provide additional phone notifications. ・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions who have not purchased a ticket may not enter or join the session to ensure the experience for registered participants. ・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met 3 days before the scheduled date, Chuān Chuān Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・To ensure the smooth flow of the class, please refrain from eating during the session. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・During the course, the organizer may conduct photography and candid shots as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuān Chuān Handmade Accessories' social media after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your image for event recaps or promotional purposes on other recruitment channels. ・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the class, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
