Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles on the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process. These are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Coaster surfaces may have minor scratches or dust. The quality of blank coasters can vary by approximately 10% per batch. Ink absorption levels in the pores of the coasters may differ. This is especially noticeable with pink or dark-colored designs, which may exhibit uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these conditions before placing an order if you are particular about perfection. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations. The actual finished product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production begins the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
