✧ To ensure the quality of our one-day experience courses, all sessions from now on will not include cutting or grinding.
✧ After completing your order, please contact 'HAKUDAN White Dot' via their official LINE account: @934zljmm, and send a screenshot of your completed order for confirmation.
✧ Once contact is established, we will confirm your glass color selection on the same day. We offer 145 colors to choose from. After placing your order, you can select colors for your palette. Please pay close attention to messages to avoid missing important information.
✧ When selecting your glass color palette, the number of glass pieces varies for each design. If you wish to use more than the allocated colors, additional glass material can be purchased at $200 NTD per 10x10cm piece, payable on-site.
✧ Each piece is handmade during the experience course, making the colors and patterns unique. Variations in light intensity will also affect the depth and shade of the colors. Therefore, a slight color difference between photos and the actual product is expected. Please proceed with booking only if you accept this.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections. Please proceed with booking only if you accept these conditions.
✧ Charm accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on-site.
✧ Due to the varying sizes of each artwork, the creation time may differ by approximately ±1cm.

【Artwork Care Instructions】
✧ Prolonged exposure to air can cause oxidation on the solder lines. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care.
✧ For advanced maintenance, a thin layer of furniture wax (soft wax) can be applied to the surface. Once dry, buff with a dry cotton cloth until it shines.

*Pre-Course Matters*
1. If the course exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of $300 NTD per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. For safety reasons during the class, accompanying guests are not permitted.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the course involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If you do not follow the instructor's directions during the course, causing damage to equipment or the environment, you will be responsible for compensating the original cost of the damaged items.
*Course Booking Information*
1. If the booked time slot needs to be cancelled due to force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes, 'HAKUDAN White Dot' will notify you via official channels, and you may reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon confirming your course booking, we will immediately prepare the necessary materials. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your chosen course date, you may "postpone for free once (can be rescheduled to any session within three months of the original booking date)."
3. If you fail to reschedule within three months or cannot attend the course even after the one-time free postponement, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and you will need to place a new order.
