✧ To maintain the quality of our one-day experience workshops, cutting and grinding are not included in the course content, effective immediately.
✧ After completing your order, please contact 'HAKUDAN White Dot' via their official LINE account: @934zljmm, and send a screenshot of your order confirmation.
✧ Once contact is made, we will confirm your glass color selection with you on the same day. We offer 145 colors to choose from. You can select your preferred colors for your piece after placing your order. Please keep an eye on your messages to avoid missing any important information.
✧ When selecting your glass colors, the number of glass pieces included varies for each design. If you wish to use more than the allotted colors, additional glass material (10x10cm piece) can be purchased for $480 NTD per piece, payable on-site.
✧ As these are handmade experience workshops, each piece is unique in color and texture. Variations in lighting will also affect the perceived depth of color. Therefore, please expect a color difference between photos and the actual product before booking.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or air bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking.
✧ Charm accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on-site.

【Product Care Instructions】
✧ The solder surface may oxidize over time with exposure to air. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care.
✧ For advanced care, a thin layer of carnauba wax or soft wax can be applied to the surface. Once dry, buff with a dry cotton cloth until shiny.

*Pre-Workshop Information*
1. If the workshop exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of $300 NTD per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1 hour over.
2. For safety reasons during the workshop, accompanying guests are not permitted.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the workshop involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If workshop participants do not follow the instructor's guidance and cause damage to equipment or the environment, compensation will be required based on the original price of the damaged item.
*Workshop Booking Information*
1. If the scheduled booking time encounters force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, HAKUDAN White Dot will contact you officially to reschedule your workshop once.
2. If you wish to film videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon booking confirmation, workshop materials are prepared immediately, thus no refunds will be issued.
2. For rescheduling requests made within 8 days of the chosen workshop date, one free postponement is permitted (can be rescheduled to a session within three months of the original booking).
3. If the rescheduled booking is not completed within three months, or if you are unable to attend after the one-time free postponement, you will need to re-book.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the workshop, and re-booking will be required.
