・After placing the order and checking out, the purchase details are the proof of registration completion, and no paper purchase certificate will be sent. When the time of the show is up, report directly to the scene, and no additional text messages or pre-class notices will be sent.
・Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will be regarded as unsuccessfully registered. Once the class is full, the enrollment will be stopped immediately. Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will not be recognized on the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or reschedule after the payment is completed, you can go to our fan page 3 days in advance, or contact us by calling (02) 2371-4171. The rules are as follows:
. According to the announcement of the Consumer Protection Council of the Executive Yuan, the refund is based on Article 9, Item 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Tutoring and Continuing Education Act, and in accordance with Article 33 of the short-term cram school management rules
A. For those who apply for a refund before 60 days before the start date of the course, the refund will be 95% of the total agreed actual payment.
B. For those who apply for a refund from the 59th to the 8th day before the course starts, the refund will be 90% of the total agreed actual payment.
C. Students who apply for a refund between the seventh day and the first day before the class start date, the refund will be 80% of the agreed actual payment amount.
. The event within 2 months after the postponement is limited, and the event will be actively informed. If you do not notify, it will be deemed as a waiver. If you cannot meet the extension time, please be sure to choose a refund.
. For the class on the day, since the hand-made teacher materials and the location of the venue have been prepared, refunds and postponements will not be accepted on the day of class, and those who do not show up will be deemed as waiver.
. In order to protect the rights and interests of other students in class, those who are late for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have abstained.
. For refund, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
・Only those who are over 10 years old can sign up for this event.
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to enter and participate together, unless the child cannot complete independently and must be assisted by a parent, or there are special circumstances that require parents and children to participate together. ・If the number of applicants for the session does not reach 6 two days before the start date of the event, we have the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or get a full refund.

・Beverages and food are not allowed in the handicraft classroom at the event site. This class includes self-service black tea or green tea.
・Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers.
・In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund after get off work.
・Side-shots will be taken by the organizer according to the needs of the experience activities, and will be uploaded to the off-duty hand-made community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes.
・If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
