• United East offers you a "Shopping Seven Days Appreciation Period (Including Holidays)" service. If you do not open the service, you can request a return or change the equivalent.
• Return and exchange within seven days of appreciation Please maintain the integrity of the goods and packaging. Based on the food hygiene safety and hygiene product safety considerations, the product must be “new unused and trial”. The product packaging needs to be completely recovered, including the purchase of goods, boxes, accessories, internal and external packaging, accompanying documents, gifts and so on.
• If there are missing parts, incomplete damage to the packaging/merchandise, etc., it will not be returned or exchanged.
• If the following conditions are met, the customer service staff will arrange for the relevant return and refund related matters as soon as possible:
1. Due to an error in the procedure, the goods delivered are not in conformity with the ordered goods.
2. Parts and gifts in a single product package are not uniform.
3. The goods are obviously flawed or damaged.
4. Not satisfied with the product within the appreciation period, or does not meet the demand and other factors.
